Intratuin is a soft franchise formula that currently has 65 branches, of which 52 in the Netherlands, 3 in Belgium and 10 in Germany. Their scope is massive - all stores together cover a surface area of over 464,000 m2 or about 93 football fields.
More than 3,300 employees work at Intratuin, selling a total of around 80,000 different articles to 12,500,000 customers. Intratuin also has a digital sales channel in the form of a webshop, which is used on both desktop and mobile.
The digital channels and user experience have become increasingly important for Intratuin, leading them to look for an experienced technical partner to take their digital strategy to a higher level.
How we moved the market
Intratuin chose Apadmi as its technical partner for the rollout of its digital strategy, specifically focused on mobile. We were tasked with the management and further development of the Intratuin app on both iOS and Android.
A comprehensive strategy was formulated focusing primarily on customer loyalty, e-commerce and supporting Intratuin customers in choosing and caring for plants and other Intratuin products.
The Intratuin app was developed in Flutter and offers a wide range of functionalities including a webshop, a personal plant care tool, special offers, and exclusive vouchers.
