As an internal Sales Development Representative, you’ll join our European Sales Team, you will be a key part of our exciting European expansion. Collaborating with the wider Sales teams that are focused on industry campaigns e.g. Retail, Finance & Healthcare. To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals who are fluent in Polish.

What you’ll be working on

In this role, you’ll be tasked with owning and executing our sales enablement strategy, managing initial prospect contact to booking qualified meetings for the European Sales team. Proactively bringing in new business opportunities via linkedIn, telephone, email, events or via your own network across the Polish Market, to further strengthen the Apadmi customer portfolio.

  • Seek - out and drive new business opportunities across your territory, from initial client outreach to meetings booked, targeting large Enterprise C-level stakeholders.

  • The ability to articulate the Apadmi story either face to face or over the phone to excite and interest new prospects

  • Understanding the Apadmi proposition and examples of the digital solutions we have delivered for our corporate and enterprise clients

  • Collaborate with the European Sales team to profile specific industry focused lead generation campaigns

  • Periodically support Marketing for key Apadmi events and driving quality attendance

  • Perform customer profiling and build relevant engagement strategies to secure qualified meetings and contribute to new pipeline opportunities

  • Experience in using and maintaining Sales and CRM tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha & Salesforce for all activity - Sales Loft an advantage

  • Delivering against clear KPI targets e.g. qualified meetings per week

  • Actively seek networking opportunities to develop your prospect contact list

  • Analysing market opportunities by using data and insights


What you’ll bring to the team

Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of three years experience working in a Polish territory in a similar role, preferably in a digital consultancy or software development environment, however we can teach you this if you have the right skills.

  • Fluent in Polish

  • You’ll be an assertive, confident and clear communicator

  • Hunter mind-set, competitive and self motivated to learn and develop your skills

  • Excellent communication skills including active listening

  • You’ll be highly methodical, organised and possess the ability to multitask

  • You’ll be proactive, inventive, curious and agile in your approach to generating opportunities for Apadmi

  • You’ll be able to understand what the client requirements are and translate into opportunities

  • You’ll have a strong sense of commercial awareness

  • You’ll thrive working to a target and find innovative ways, both online and offline to deliver

  • You’re a team player and able to develop collaborative relationships with colleagues across the Company
