As Chief People Officer, Laura supports and enables our exciting, ambitious growth plans and continues to make Apadmi a great place to work. She has joined us after a number of years working for a digital platform business in the travel industry and is passionate about creating an exceptional colleague experience for our people.

Fun Fact: Laura loves travelling and exploring new places with her most recent big trip being Japan for the Rugby World Cup in 2019.

Rebecca brings a wealth of digital product knowledge and experience to the Apadmi team and in her time here has grown the product department to a thriving team of over 30 (and counting!) digital experts. Her experience spans a range of sectors including retail and data paired with a wealth of knowledge of the mobile ecosystem.

Fun fact: Rebecca is a very active person and is a passionate archer shooting for England and has also swum the English channel for charity.

Marcus brings 20 years’ strategic experience in digital and brand marketing including as Managing Partner at McCann. Marcus moved from advertising to mobile in 2017, excited by the growth potential.

Marcus loves finding creative solutions to business problems with his clients and is passionate about delving into creative storytelling, creative strategy and exploring the value of technology. 

Fun fact: Marcus hosts an online radio show in his spare time and is passionate about music.

After pivoting from almost a decade performing and directing in the entertainment industry, Matt studied web development and marketing at Manchester Metropolitan University and kicked off his career in digital design, videography and animation. 2024 marks Matt's 10 year anniversary of working at Apadmi and during this time he has worked across a wide range of client projects and strategically influenced the evolution of our user experience design team.

Matt currently leads our team of specialist UX/UI designers and user researchers as creative director on our senior leadership team.

Fun fact: When Matt was 8 he won Salford Young Musician of the Year.

Gary leads Apadmi’s technical teams, with responsibility for over 100 engineers and testers covering mobile and integration tech stacks. The remit of this large in-house team covers native mobile, cross platform, cloud native engineering, front end and technical consultancy. The team prides itself on solving complex technical challenges for clients with a focus on quality. Gary is continually looking to grow the team and encourage strong technical leadership for Apadmi’s clients.

Fun fact: Gary has two young sons and describes himself as “secretly creative.”
