About the report
Businesses across all sectors are feeling increasing pressure to acquire, engage and retain customers in increasingly competitive markets. Rising living costs for customers and business costs for brands means retaining and engaging customers who are more loyal is essential to safeguarding retention and revenue.
But how are major organisations looking to encourage that behaviour and which strategies are they investing in?
The Apadmi Digital Customer Loyalty Report survey will explore key loyalty themes, with additional insights and advice from mobile experts, big brands and loyalty leaders.
Download nowDigital loyalty isn’t going anywhere - more than two thirds of respondents confirmed they have an active programme, or are in the process of developing one. Of those who don’t have a loyalty offering in flight, most are still planning to invest in one in the future. We’ll be exploring the barriers to investment for these businesses further on in the report.

Personalisation: Only a quarter of businesses have basic personalisation implemented, or have yet to have implemented it at all.
Overcoming barriers: The biggest barriers for respondents were budget restrictions, lack of clear strategy, other areas being given greater priority, and lack of internal expertise.
