Apadmi makes Sunday Times Best Places to Work for second year in a row
Mobile experts Apadmi have been included in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024; the second time the business has been recognised in this prestigious list after being named in the 2023 edition.
With fierce competition and stringent entry requirements, featuring on The Sunday Times list is no mean feat and an achievement the growing business is extremely proud of. Apadmi’s wellbeing and social offering was praised by the publication, as our offerings continue to expand alongside our headcount.
This year’s list also included the likes of Tui, David Lloyd Clubs, Vitality, Dishoom and Dakota Hotels.
Apadmi’s recent growth journey has seen us secure investment, welcome new partnerships, and expand into the Netherlands. Our award-winning design, development and optimisation services continue to unlock value for some of Europe’s biggest brands across retail, telco, healthcare and financial services, including Domino’s, NHS, Co-op, Vodafone, and Charles Stanley.
Having added 70 new staff members to our 270-strong workforce this year across offices in Manchester’s Media City, London, Edinburgh and Amsterdam, we continue to enjoy healthy international growth without compromising on our values.
The Sunday Times Best Places to Work survey revealed that 84% of Apadmi’s people are happy with our information sharing (8% above industry average), whilst 87% of the workforce feel empowered to do their job well (9% above industry average). 86% of Apadmi’s people also have overall job satisfaction (9% above industry average).
