As proud partners of Talon.One, the Apadmi team headed over to Berlin to attend their 2025 INCENTIVIZE conference this week, as well as their exclusive Partner Networking Day. The events brought together industry leaders, digital innovators, and customer engagement experts to explore the future of promotions, personalisation and loyalty.

The team on the ground showcased how Apadmi enhances digital customer loyalty through next-generation mobile, whilst serving up an abundance of revitalising fruit shots and much-needed phone charging stations.
Recharging your mobile experience — with purpose
Our theme at INCENTIVIZE was clear: "Recharge your mobile experience." At the Apadmi hub, delegates were invited to recharge both physically and digitally. We provided charging stations for mobile devices and handed out energising ginger shots, a refreshing way to embody our mission of injecting energy into mobile-first loyalty strategies.

Day 1 highlights: Innovation, insight and familiar faces
The INCENTIVIZE conference featured a packed agenda of future-focused content; we enjoyed real-world brand case studies including Joe and the Juice and H&M, visionary keynotes on the future of customer incentives, and exclusive insights into Talon.one’s evolving product roadmap.
What was clear is that customers are becoming fatigued with loyalty programmes that lack innovation and personalisation. Points and perks on their own are not enough. Brands have to invest time in making sure their programmes resonate - maximising the use of the data available to generate and launch experiences that users find genuinely engaging.
Loyalty expert Phil Schelper took to the stage - a familiar and respected figure in the loyalty space and to Apadmi - creating an inspiring arena for attendees and partners alike.

The most inspiring moment for me was hosting the most incredible range of speakers who have flown in from all over the world to share the latest insights in loyalty evolution and promotions. I must also mention the audience who have been super engaged with every aspect of the agenda.”
